Our 24′ long x 9.5′ wide x 8′ tall oven and matching spray booth are equipped with an overhead rail system capable of handling over 2 tons of material. Our powder coaters have been trained by industry experts to ensure only top quality finishes leave our facility.
We also offer a full range of industrial, structural, and automotive liquid coatings to both businesses and consumers. We are able to provide painting and coating solutions for just about any size project. Our environmentally controlled facilities handle the painting of many shapes, sizes, and configurations up to 65 feet long, 55 feet wide, and 16 feet tall. Additionally, our conventional and air-assist wet painting operations cover the coatings spectrum from zinc-rich primers to high performance urethanes.
Our E-Coat capabilities cater to a wide range of industries, including automotive, transportation, lawn and garden equipment, recreational goods, cooking appliances, HVAC, and aerospace. E-Coat is often used as a primer for powder-coated products, particularly in upscale consumer goods. Whether you need full-scale production, one-offs, or prototypes, we deliver the quality and precision finishing you require. We offer film thickness from .8-1.2 mm and can accommodate parts up to 3′X4′X10′, working with materials of any gauge or grade, including Cold Roll, HRPO, Galvanized, Galvaneal, and Aluminum.
