Our customer needed a safe, reliable access ladder and platform built around an existing structure. Through a collaborative effort between our engineering, fabrication, coatings, and millwright teams, we delivered a custom solution from concept to installation.
Scope of Work:
- Our engineering team went on-site to scan the customers area using Faro scanning technology
- Using the scan, custom platforms were designed around existing structures and customer requirements
- Materials were cut using CNC equipment and fabricated using laser layout for accuracy
- Components were powder-coated safety yellow for durability and visibility
- Installed on-site by our millwright team
