Wayne joined the Nix team in October of 2021 through the acquisition of Northend Gear & Machine in Fairfield, OH. Wayne graduated from Butler Vocational School and started working for Northend at the beginning of the company’s journey in 1988. Wayne has 33 years of experience in gear manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and repairs. Wayne’s immense knowledge and years of experience within the industry makes him a great asset to continue the company’s growth as an operating division of Nix.
