Tony Filippes joined Nix Industrial in November 2024 as a Field Coatings Foreman, bringing over 25 years of experience in construction, operations management, and project coordination. As the owner of a painting company for over a decade, Tony honed his expertise in preparation, finishing, and managing multiple projects while leading a team. Prior to this, his tenure as a Head Paint Foreman for a company further showcased his leadership by training and mentoring junior painters, coordinating schedules across multiple properties, and completing over 100 commercial and new construction buildout projects. With an understanding of the construction field and a proven ability to lead teams effectively, Tony is well-equipped to deliver quality results for our field coatings team.
