46′ Extended to 70′ Trailer Repair

Scope of work included:

• Removed and replaced all decking

• Repaired and replaced damaged crossmembers throughout the trailer

• Rebuilt rear subframe, including fabrication and installation of new components

• Repaired structural damage across multiple areas of the main frame

• Replaced and aligned slider rails for proper rear subframe adjustment

• Fully rewired trailer with new electrical and airline systems from front to rear

• Performed thorough inspection to ensure roadworthiness and DOT compliance
