Sawyer Chesley joined our team in January 2026 as Accounting Manager, bringing a strong foundation in audit, tax, and financial reporting from his time in public accounting. He most recently served as an Associate, where he led and supported audit engagements, prepared financial statements, reviewed internal controls, and partnered closely with clients across a variety of industries.

Sawyer holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara, a nationally ranked program, where he also competed as a Division I student-athlete on the UCSB Men’s Baseball team. His background combines disciplined execution, strong analytical skills, and a team-first mindset—qualities that translate directly into how he supports our financial operations and long-term growth. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Sawyer is passionate about continuous improvement and is working toward earning his CPA as he continues to grow his career with Nix Industrial.
