Ridge Fuller joined NIX® Industrial in May 2025 as a Welder/Fabricator and was promoted to Quality Coordinator for our Custom Fabrication operation in August 2026.

Ridge holds an Associate’s Degree in Welding, with a minor in Machining, from Central Alabama Community College. He brings nearly a decade of hands-on welding, fabrication, and manufacturing experience, including structural steel fabrication, blueprint reading, quality inspections, and team leadership.

Prior to joining NIX, Ridge held positions in welding, fabrication, and production leadership, developing a strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

In his current role, Ridge helps maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process, working alongside our team members to ensure projects meet customer expectations and NIX® Industrial’s commitment to quality workmanship.
