With R-Stamp certification, we can now perform and document:

Our Pipe Fabrication shop was built to handle demanding industrial projects — from new pipe spool fabrication to large-diameter rolled pipe systems and complex repairs.
Our capabilities include:
Pipe sizes from 1.5” to 144” diameter
Carbon steel, stainless steel, rolled plate, spiral weld, and specialty alloys
GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW welding processes
In-house rolling and forming
CNC plasma profiling and advanced layout systems
In addition to fabrication, we perform:
Hydrostatic testing
Pneumatic testing
Dye penetrant testing
Hardness testing
Third-party radiographic and ultrasonic testing (as required)
