Our Cincinnati region facility spans 30,000 square feet and is designed to support our customers with precision machining, advanced gear cutting, and comprehensive gearbox repair and rebuild services. With our advanced equipment and experienced team, we take on the most demanding challenges in the industry.
Our machining capabilities include small batch production, reverse engineering, prototyping, and one-off replacements. We specialize in high-precision solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
Our Wire EDM technology enables precise cutting of intricate shapes with tight tolerances while preventing material stress or distortion. Equipped with two machines, we can handle hardened steels, tool steels, and specialty alloys.
For turning applications, we have a Mazak QT250MY Lathe – a multi-axis machine that combines milling and turning for streamlined production.
One of the biggest advantages we offer is our ability to cut our own gears in-house, ensuring quick turnaround times and complete quality control. Our Gear Cutting equipment is capable of cutting gears up to 72″ in outside diameter, allowing us to support large-scale industrial applications. Our facility is equipped to cut a variety of gears from bevel or herringbone to internal and external splines and worm shafts.
A major strength of our facility is our thorough gearbox inspection process, where we conduct a detailed root cause failure analysis to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Our gearbox services include repairing and rebuilding gearboxes to OEM specifications. We have a 200-ton press and two 7.5-ton overhead cranes for lifting capacity to handle large-scale rebuilds.
Reverse engineering solutions are offered for obsolete or unsupported gearboxes. We specialize in repairing gearboxes that are no longer manufacturer-supported or where direct replacements are unavailable.
Our facility offers quick response repairs with welding and fabrication capabilities along with our reverse engineering solutions.
