Cole joined Nix Industrial in January 2020 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Professional Chemistry from the University of Evansville and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He began his career at NIX as a Continuous Improvement Technician before transitioning to Operations Excellence Manager, where he led company-wide quality and continuous improvement initiatives while helping advance our ISO certification efforts. His background in production, inventory planning, and continuous improvement has played an important role in strengthening operational performance across the organization.

Throughout his time at NIX, Cole has continued to take on new opportunities, including serving as General Manager of our Cincinnati, Ohio location. Today, he supports our Production Support Team, helping ensure a consistent and seamless transition from customer handoff through production while supporting our teams with processes that drive quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
