At Nix Coatings, our powder coating team can handle projects of only a few parts to thousands of small parts. We work with a holster manufacturer to powder coat these parts. In 2017, we powder coated over 200,000 parts for this customer. This process starts with a chemical pretreatment followed by a textured powder being applied. These pictures show our overhead rail system, built and designed by the team at Nix Metals, that allows our team to work more safely and efficiently doing these types of high volume projects.
