ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard that was developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).  The certification provides a model for companies of all sizes and industries to utilize in developing an effective quality management system.  The standard which is based on various quality management principles includes having a strong customer focus, the involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and ongoing continuous improvement.
