Internal Spline Cutting on Wire EDM
We completed a project for a customer in the manufacturing industry, producing internal splines on a set of gears using our Wire EDM capabilities for accuracy and a fine surface finish—without inducing stress or distortion in the material.

This method was ideal for tight tolerances and hard-to-machine areas, especially where conventional broaching or milling wasn’t feasible. The result: clean, precise internal splines ready for critical assembly.
