We completed a project for a customer in the plastics industry, finishing seven air handlers with a full surface restoration and coating application. Our process began with inspecting and repairing any worn or damaged areas to ensure structural integrity. Next, we prepped the surface by sandblasting to remove any existing coatings, rust, or contaminants. Finally, we applied a high-quality primer and durable topcoat, providing long-lasting protection and a like-new finish. These air handlers are now ready to perform efficiently in their operating environment with enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
