Kevin joined the NIX® team in January 2020 as the Director of Pre-Production, bringing with him a strong foundation in civil engineering and over a decade of experience in the construction industry. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Kevin spent 14 years as a Project Engineer and Senior Estimator, managing projects from purchase order to completion.

His technical expertise and process-driven mindset helped streamline NIX’s pre-production operations, enhancing efficiency and project flow across departments. In 2025, Kevin transitioned into his current role as General Manager of our Structural Fabrication facility in Rockport, Indiana.

Throughout his time at Nix Industrial, Kevin has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence. When called to serve as interim General Manager, he quickly proved that the role was a natural fit—solidifying his place as a key leader in driving our structural team forward.
