Ashley joined Nix Companies in October of 2019.  Ashley has a background in Operations Management and 6+ years of management experience. With skills in customer service and management, and a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Indiana, she brings a detailed-oriented mind to our Pre-Production process. Ashley joined our team as our Human Resources & Business Administration Coordinator; then in 2023, transitioned into a role as Production Support Coordinator, where she was responsible for the facilitation of new and established initiatives surrounding our customer resource management system, and supporting our pre-production team through safety initiatives and logistics organization. In 2025, Ashley was promoted to her current role as EHS Manager. In this role, Ashley manages our safety improvements across all the Nix Industrial operations.
