Reverse Engineering & CNC Machining of Aluminum Limit Switch Triggers

When an OEM replacement part is no longer available, custom machining can provide a solution.

A customer needed replacement limit switch triggers for equipment, but the original manufacturer no longer offered the parts. Using the customer’s existing component as a reference, our team reverse-engineered the design and CNC machined new limit switch triggers from aluminum.

This project highlights our ability to reproduce obsolete or hard-to-source components through reverse engineering and precision machining, helping customers maintain their existing equipment without relying on OEM part availability.
