Our Repairs & Maintenance team recently built a new trommel screen for a power generation customer. We’ve recreated this existing trommel screen a few years back — with one major upgrade: 100% stainless steel construction.

From cutting and rolling the 3/8″ plate to fitting the flanges, hand-cutting the openings, installing the wire mesh, and finishing it out with flighting, our team handled the build from start to finish.

The result? A custom replacement designed to fit the customer’s existing operation while providing significantly improved durability and service life.
