POSEYVILLE, IN — April 24, 2026 — NIX® Companies, the fifth-generation family holding company behind NIX® Industrial, has officially broken ground on a new headquarters facility on Frontage Road in Poseyville, Indiana.
For NIX® Industrial, this milestone represents more than a new building—it’s a meaningful investment in the teams and infrastructure that support the work happening every day across our shops and in the field.
The new headquarters will serve as the central hub for shared services across the NIX® Companies portfolio, including executive leadership, human resources, marketing, information technology, and accounting. These teams play a critical role in supporting operations across NIX® Industrial and its sister companies, helping drive efficiency, alignment, and long-term growth.
Construction is underway in partnership with Acura Engineering and GBE Group, with completion anticipated in spring of 2027.
While our work is built in the shop and executed in the field, strong support teams behind the scenes help keep everything moving. This investment strengthens those capabilities—allowing for better coordination, faster communication, and continued development of the people who support our operations.
It’s a move that ultimately helps us serve our customers better and continue delivering the level of performance they expect.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on-site with company leadership and community partners to mark the start of construction.
