Jack Henry joined the team in April of 2018. He started as a Welder, focusing on producing high-quality welds across a variety of structural fabrication projects. He then stepped into a Fabricator / Safety Lead role, where he took on more more responsibility, supported fit-up and layout, and helped drive safety initiatives—keeping jobs running efficiently while looking out for the team.

Today, Jack serves as our Quality Coordinator, working closely with operations to ensure projects meet our quality standards, supporting inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement across the shop.
