We stepped in to rebuild the part from the ground up and deliver a repeatable solution.
Scope of Work:
- Reverse engineered obsolete UHMW wear blocks using assembly drawings and a worn sample
- Reconstructed part geometry and critical dimensions without OEM documentation
- Developed a manufacturable design for long-term repeatability
- Programmed and machined a prototype on our vertical CNC mill
- Supplied sample part for customer fit-up and performance testing
- Made adjustments based on real-world validation
- Completed full production run after customer approval
- Established a reliable path for future orders
