Tori joined NIX® Industrial in January 2022 as an intern while completing her studies in Welding Technology at the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center. After graduating, she began her full-time career with us as a Welder Fabricator, quickly proving her dedication and strong work ethic on the shop floor.

Her attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges led her to advance into the role of Lead Material Processor—where she oversaw materials flow, organization, and coordination across multiple projects. Through each position, Tori developed a deep understanding of our operations, safety standards, and people-first culture.

In 2025, Tori transitioned into her current role as a Talent Acquisition Leader for Nix Industrial, bringing her firsthand industry experience to connect with candidates who share NIX’s values and work ethic. Her background in fabrication and production gives her a unique perspective in identifying talent that fits both the technical and cultural needs of the company.
