Don joined our team in November of 2024 as our Field Coatings Foreman. With over two decades of experience leading crews in the field, Don has been serving as a foreman since 2002. He’s known for his reliability—never missing a day of work unless weather made it impossible—and for always being the first to step up when something needs to get done. Don brings a steady hand, strong leadership, and a get-it-done mindset to every job site he steps on.
