Full Roof Restoration

Our Field Coatings team recently completed a full roof restoration for a manufacturer, improving durability and long-term weather protection for the facility.

Scope of Work:

• Pressure washed the existing roof to remove all contaminants and ensure proper adhesion

• Applied a rust-inhibitor primer to protect against corrosion

• Inspected and tightened all screw heads

• Caulked and sealed all seams and screw penetrations

• Applied a high-performance silicone topcoat across all roof sections

This process not only extended the life of the existing roof but also created a seamless, watertight finish built to withstand harsh industrial environments.
