Overview: 
We’re working with an industrial manufacturer on their new facility, designing and fabricating platforms, hoppers, and chutes built to handle the load. These heavy-duty structures support conveyors built to move tons of aggregate across the plant. The project spans nearly a year, with our team delivering each section in sequence to match the construction schedule and keep the build on track.

Scope of Work: 

• Engineering: The customer supplied rough layouts. Our engineers turned them into 3D models to better support accuracy, efficiency for builds that are ready to install.
• Collaboration: Every model went through customer review to lock in flow and function before fabrication.

Fabrication & Coatings: Each phase is built in our shop, coated for maximum durability, and delivered on schedule.
