Shawn Pace joined Nix Industrial as a Sales Engineer after the merger from Huncilman Sheet Metal Fabrication, bringing over 25 years of experience in machining, engineering, and industrial sales. Starting his career as a machinist, Shawn advanced to roles in outside sales and engineering, managing large customer accounts and delivering tailored solutions. He spent 10+ years specializing in steel mill operations, problem-solving, and applications engineering. A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College-Southeast, Shawn’s expertise and customer-focused approach make him a valuable asset to the Nix Industrial team.
