Mike joined Nix Industrial in January of 2024 as a OEM Short Run Manufacturing Specialist with our Sales Team. Mike Williams holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has built an extensive career in the construction and manufacturing industries. Mike served in various roles including Project Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager for a manufacturing company. He was also part of an 18-month assignment on a Quality Award assessment team. He later became a Specialty Sales Representative for a multi-state territory.

 Mike transitioned to Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and eventually Executive Vice President. In this role, he led the Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Service teams. Mike held the position as National Account Manager until 2023. Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise, significantly contributing to each business sector he has been part of.

At Nix Industrial, Mike’s responsibilities include being a local support for our current customers in the Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio, and Southern Michigan region as well as building new relationships within these communities.
