Mike Rapien joined Nix Industrial in February 2025 as an Outside Sales Specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Nix Industrial, Mike gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer, where he managed over 30 projects simultaneously and coordinated quotations totaling nearly $16 million. His background also includes mechanical engineering roles, where he specialized in CAD management, prototype builds, and custom machinery design. Mike brings strong technical expertise in SolidWorks, project management, and manufacturing processes to his new role at Nix Industrial.
