Ethan Cole joined Nix Industrial in 2016 as a Welder for the Custom Fabrication team. Prior to his time at Nix, he gained hands-on experience through a two-year internship at a welding shop, where he began developing his skills in the trade. Ethan attended OCC and earned his Welding Certification before joining Nix Industrial upon graduation.

In 2020, Ethan transitioned to the Repairs and Maintenance team as a Welder and Repair Technician. During this time, he expanded his technical expertise as well as demonstrated his leadership abilities by training and mentoring new welders, helping them grow their skills and confidence in the shop.

In 2024, Ethan was promoted to Foreman for the Repairs and Maintenance team. In this role, he continues to lead by example, training team members and driving improvements in operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency for our customers.
