POSEYVILLE, IN (March 4, 2022) – Since July of 2021, we have been working on expanding our Custom Fabrication Shop on Frontage Rd., north of Poseyville to add greater crane capacity, taller headroom, and more production space. Our Pre-Production Team (estimating & engineering) relocated to Frontage Road in October for better office space and also to be closer to the work they are supporting.

In the last week, our new crane was placed in the facility. The crane is named after the 4th generation owner, Charles William Nix (Bill), who is shown in the family picture below (from the left side going right, Bill is the second person in). Each crane is our Poseyville Custom Fabrication facility is named after an owner from previous generations.

This addition is something Matthew, our President, has dreamed of for 18 years. When Matthew started in 2004, our shop didn’t even have a 1 ton crane; just one old forklift. The new runway is designed to have two 25 ton bridges that will lift in tandem, giving us some of the largest capacity in the region! Talk about Forging Ahead!
