Cole joined Nix in January of 2020. He graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Chemistry and the University of Arkansas with a Master of Science in Operations Management. Cole started with Nix as the Continuous Improvement Technician. After 1 year, Cole transitioned to our Operations Excellence Manager, where he leads our operations quality and efficiency programs ensuring all Divisions meet the standards and work toward ISO Certification. Cole’s experience with continuous improvement from previous roles in production and inventory planning brings strong skills that will help Nix continue to improve.
